Founders
Afrohaus was born as a sanctuary for creatives.A space where talent and energy matter.
We design experiences that bring people together across generations and cultures, rooted in music, art and real human connection. Everything we do is guided by care for the craft and respect for the space we are holding. With eight years of collective experience in sound, storytelling, and gathering, Afrohaus is a living community built on artistry, culture and shared presence.
Kelly Brett, Founder
I’m Kelly Brett, the founder of Afrohaus. With over 15 years of experience, my work centers on building spaces and experiences that bring people together through music, art and shared presence.
I’ve led large-scale campaigns and high-touch partnerships for leading global and Fortune 500 organizations, while also producing private, invitation-only experiences for small, discerning audiences where intimacy, care and cultural fluency matter as much as execution. My work includes designing jewelry featured in leading publications, performing internationally, and developing artist-led projects across sound, stage, and media.
Educated at Spelman College and Parsons Paris School of Art and Design, and shaped by extensive global travel and years living between the U.S. and Europe, everything I build is guided by craft, discretion, community and a deep respect for place.
