Cancellations made before June 1st, 2025: You may transfer your spot to another guest, pending approval.
Cancellations made after June 1st, 2025: Unfortunately, no refunds or transfers will be available.
In the unlikely event of severe weather or circumstances beyond our control, alternative arrangements or credits may be offered at the discretion of the organizers.
